And how do you do that?

On the fourth day, you build an Armory, transfer the Pikemen and Swordsmen to the main force, and defeat the Dragon, then capture the village. My army before the battle with the dragon: 154 peasants, 13 archers (a couple of gargoyles were killed), 5 pikemen, 4 swordsmen.
