I'd rather put shackles on Tsukiko than a barrier. And let Celiad hug/punch Castor to stop him from stabbing anyone with his quill. Although her willpower isn't that small (why make it so?), I'm just afraid that Tsukiko might run off somewhere into the darkness for tea or into a trap. And she'll still have to be judged for murder.

Although, I think I messed up, there's a willpower check both there and there. Shackles then. I'd hate to get hit with a new skill shot through the barrier, lol. The cop is roleplaying switching sides.
