Is it possible to play Homm3 online using a GPRS connection? If so, is it convenient?

Yes, it is. As for whether it's convenient, it all depends on the cost of your data traffic – approximately 5 MB per hour. step_1985
The data transfer rate via cellular connection (GPRS) is 40-60 kb/s, which is sufficient for a normal game of Heroes. (c) Geksorin
