So, I'm a little confused. The staircase started right to the south, and there were two rooms at the end of the eastern corridor, or did we first go south, hit the staircase, turn east towards the rooms, and in the opposite direction was the corridor from which we entered the room with the key?
Added 12 minutes later Well, since nothing can be done here without a proper map (and only a topographer could create it, and Revan would have to post it), we can just look at the unopened corridors and doors.
So, our options for exploring the western part of the palace are now:
a) The northern "very dangerous" door; b) Return to Anemone's corpse and go north from there; c) Return almost to the beginning where there were two corridors and go north from there; -) Two rooms (keys needed) -) Staircase (blocked)
