Well, excessive off-topic posts on this forum are unnecessary. I suggest shortening all threads with off-topic content, BUT leaving the right to engage in off-topic discussions in the chat, as it doesn't bother anyone there and doesn't clutter the forum unnecessarily.
In general, they should rename the section, as "OFF-TOPIC" sounds rather crude... Off-topic is nonsense, not out-of-theme conversations! Out-of-theme conversations are just that - out-of-theme.:mad:
