What options do I have:
1) High risk
Use Celia's "dance," hoping to take out the priest and possibly the archer.
2) Huge risk
Stealth attack (with a knife or sword) on the Cyclops, hoping for an instant kill or enough damage.
3) High risk
Area attack on the priest and Cyclops from Begonia.
4) Play it safe
Move Deliria to the back, as the old man has very little evasion and not the most impressive health pool. I'm leaning towards this option.

As for the formation, I would have the sailors steer the ship and fire the cannons. Three on the flagship side, two on the smaller ship side. As an option, Lobelia could be added to them. But I think she would be more useful in combat. I also thought about sending Begonia to one of the smaller ships to take out the guys, but I would hold off on that. It would take too long to get there. Let her sneak up on the priest and Cyclops from the rear. She can hit them with an area-of-effect attack. Gillon should be somewhere near Fever and Cyrus.

But at first glance, it seems better to try to go south-southwest, approaching the stern of the large ship (which won't be able to turn around and catch up) and shooting the western small ship along the way, which will try to interfere.
