A one-town pair seemed like an easy matchup on first glance; the opponent bargained down to 0, I started with 20000, but as luck would have it, I couldn't find any upgrades above dogs during the first week on respawn. In the end, I had to go out with 5 Efreets, 3 Angels, and 10 Hawks — that's all respawn gave me. The zones adjacent to the opponent, so it was decided that I started roaming the center on 123, while the opponent went out on 124 for the blue. In the end, I collected 3 clues, took the Tome of Knowledge, and crushed Crag Hack with Expert Offense and Tactics. Thanks for the game
I bet on a Viv stack at the expense of skeletons (there was no other meat in the hive), everything was very slow, and unexpectedly on 122 I found a hotseat in a tomb, and there were no skeletons for Dragon Utopia tant by that point, so I went out with Arch Devils, catching dismorale on Vivs and Angels in the first round, resulting in minus a hundred bones, 4 Vivs, and an Angel (and the Scholar never dug up the Necromancy re-skill). I played poorly; the opp got lucky with the Tome of Knowledge, but at least we had some fun in the freeboot. Thanks for the game!
