Suggest canceling the tournament regulations to remove our best team (third).

Why are you writing this phrase for the 100th time?
Don't you understand that the third team with Mike won't play in any of the considered scenarios?
So, the whole fuss boils down to the fact that either we refuse to play in the third team at all (which is definitely a plus for all parties, because one player doesn't have to play 6 games), or we change this team to 1, 2, 4, and it's not quite clear what the benefit is...
