There's an entrance to the Dungeon, right next to the city.

If you're talking about that Dungeon, it's near the second Fortress of the Clans. Question: where to go next after capturing the first Demon Castle?
I'm not saying it's a bug, but I don't see a way to proceed ("swim through").
