Artifacts in Heroes 5

If a hero has a Legion statue, they don't necessarily have to be in the city; this applies when it's individual parts (torso, head, etc.). In general, I really liked the "Plague King's Cloak" artifact in Heroes of Might and Magic III; instead of raising skeletons after a battle, the necromancer hero would raise LICHES!
