Currently, there are two possible scenarios.

1. If the quorum for this stage is recognized as valid, then the FT6 stage will count towards the blitz.

2. The absence of a quorum will prevent the stage from being counted, but its number will still be reserved for it. There will be no confusion, as it is not a given that all stages of the blitz will necessarily be divided into groups of five. This is not a critical point, and there is nothing wrong with combining only four stages into the next count for convenient scoring.
