I still don't know what it means. There are two possibilities here: either if you don't die once, you can reread it as many times as you want, and nothing will happen. Or, each reading is a risk of death, in which case the probability of dying after N readings is 1 - 0.95^N. That is, it accumulates, approaching one as N increases.
