The opponent imposed a struggle, played more aggressively in the middle of the second week, and confidently took a couple of my cities. In response, I managed to gather key items earlier (Castle, blue hat, and +6 to everything) and carefully, with full control on turn 131, reach the opponent's starting point in a cascade. Thank you very much for a very interesting game. :smile54:
I didn't see any overpowered items like cloaks or Necropolis boots, so I calmly placed horses in the Citadel. I had a well-developed Nagash and a poorly developed Claudius. On turn 122, seeing everything in the opponent's Castle from my Tower, I quickly took his Tower. Then I suffered from doing useless things, while the opponent methodically took the Castle, the level 5 hat, and the +6 all stats hat. I thought I would catch up, as I was late for my turn, but the opponent didn't give me that turn, conducting a brilliant logistical operation and taking the main city with Tamika. The mistake was the lack of scouting, where I missed the Castle, which was located in such a way that I would have noticed it if I had moved a scout one or two turns up.
Thank you for the interesting game and the lesson!
