I believe there is a valid reason for a player to postpone games due to a decrease in online activity.

But I don't believe there is any valid reason for a team coordinator not to inform the opposing team's coordinator about a significant negative change in the online activity of their team, especially when a player has been replaced. Is the tournament still ongoing? Yes. Therefore, there is no valid reason.
