Everything is correct about Jeditta, that's how it was intended.
With Necrazim, it's much more complicated... after the Rampart, you need to move forward immediately, get Vampire Lords, and take Necropolis - the sooner, the better.

I got the Vampire Lords, but in the place where the angels are standing on the way to Necropolis, I can't go any further, there's an invisible defense. I'll upload the save in the evening, but Gray is already advancing towards Necrazim... he's definitely going to be a dead man. There's also an earlier save, before I tricked him with the shield. I'll have to replay.
