That’s exactly the point – I know the theory much better than you. And I can confidently say that your statement is false. When a problem cannot be solved precisely, more data is always taken, and certainly not just one parameter. And almost always, more complex calculations are used to obtain more accurate results.
Here, take this flag :) What good is your SUPER-ACCURATE formula, which takes into account all the parameters for calculating the rating, to the player if a group of like-minded people pushes him down from 3rd place to 7th?

What should I be afraid of – an inaccurate rating with an oscillator? :)
How is the player's rating protected from being lowered if a group of like-minded people interferes and the player is moved down 3-4 positions from his current place? :) Where is the answer, smart guy?
