Player rating for tournaments across all installments of Heroes.

How is the player's rating protected from being lowered if a group of like-minded people jumps in and the player is pushed down 3-4 positions? Come on, instead of giving a concrete answer, you're just rambling :)

The question is incorrect :) The strongest player according to the rating, in which version? That's one thing. And if you listened carefully, the rating doesn't always predict the result of the next Competitive event; otherwise, there would be no point in having Competitive events :) So, suggest that you think a little instead of writing complete nonsense, just to avoid answering the specific question about the flaw in the oscillator :) Throw away your oscillator :)
