“Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East”

Is there a mod that allows you to quickly split creatures into single units, like in Heroes of Might and Magic III? Using Shift, Ctrl, etc.
(I mean, filling all slots with single units with one click.)
And a button for quickly exchanging armies between heroes would also be useful.
