For those who are running late, the hotel option seems optimal, especially the one for 4 people.

I just checked the map - the hotel is located (!) 850 meters from the event venue. Which means it will take a maximum of 8-10 minutes to walk there at a leisurely pace. And this ->

The hotel is 20 minutes from our location.
