How do I get the mod to work? It's so annoying when your castle lags the game because you didn't notice its color blending with the textures on the mini-map.

I figured it out. It turns out this mod doesn't work when I load a multiplayer game that I saved before changing the mod's date to today's date. When creating a new multiplayer game, everything works, and the screen doesn't darken. And also, this mod didn't work until I changed its date to the current date! Good to know!
