For the first few days, yes, it's top-tier. But what about later? It doesn't provide Earth, but it boosts Water. I upgraded it to level 12, reaching 124, but it's useless (leadership, ranged attack, attack, wisdom, everything is expert, and some other stuff). My opponent has expert Earth at level 114, and at level 121, with full meat, they easily take the maximum count. And I can only strongly "fart" at level 121, but not take the maximum count!
