I meant her as a starter/hero for the first week. Someone wrote that they couldn't find a decent hero to start with when playing as Valeska until level 113. But here's the thing: 1. The starting deck is one of the most powerful. 2. The skills for hota are top-notch. In my opinion, Valeska is the best starter in hota, considering that the castle is top 1.

For the first few days, "yes," she's top-tier. But what about later? They don't give you earth, but they give you water. I upgraded her to level 12, and it's no use (leadership, shooting, attack, wisdom, everything is expert, and some other stuff). My opponent has expert earth at level 114, and at level 121, with full meat, they easily take the maximum cons. And I can only strongly "fart" at level 121, but I can't take the maximum.
