THREE IN ONE

The toughest game I've had in a while. I only managed to win thanks to a couple of critical mistakes by my opponent.

We played without obelisks :smile14:

My towns (Dungeon, Rampart, Conflux)
Grizi's (Castle, Tower, Necropolis)

The start was pretty brutal! I got Luna and immediately found Boots of Speed with her, then captured a Sword +3 and a Shield +2 from an enemy.
On week 1 day 1, I took the Dungeon, and on day 1, week 2, I broke a box by Castle for 30 Harpy Hags, which allowed me to split my army. I gave the Birds, Wolves, and Hobgoblins to Crag Hack, who went to Rampart and captured another pair of Boots of Speed :smile13:
Meanwhile, Luna went through a horde of Marksmen with a Bear and Mass Haste towards Conflux.
I captured Rampart by the end of the week, built a Bear Cave in Castle, and almost lost all the Harpy Hags due to a misclick on the wall. As a result, the Conflux enemy hero chased Luna out on a pair of Harpies on week 1 day 7 from the stables, and I lost some tempo.
On week 2 day 1, I broke a level 2 Griffin Conservatory by Castle, took the stables, got double mana, and planned to go through the Naga Guardians to the center.
On week 2 day 2, I broke the Naga Guardians, but Firebirds were on the other side :(
I had to retreat to Rampart, where a level 4 mage guild with Resurrection was already built, and go to another big treasure zone.
On week 2 day 3, Gunnar was hired and started collecting free experience.
By the end of the week, I had a perfect Luna, cleared most of that Dungeon treasure zone, took 2 red Dragon Utopias, portal-summoned in 2 Castles after a Dragon Utopia, took a pair of Griffin Conservatories, and collected 50 Azure Dragons. A couple of level 5 mage guild rebuilds, unfortunately, yielded nothing :(

And after this, I saved and saw this picture. The plan was to capture Spell Scrolls, hoping to get some control magic, retreat, sell artifacts, and build, build, build :smile41:

But what awaited me was an incredible surprise – the Scrolls weren't ordinary at all

My mood was instantly at its peak and I started doing some serious scouting!
I jumped across the void into the central treasure zone, where I could see 2 Dragon Utopias.
On week 3 day 3, I took a whopping 3 Dragon Utopias there and one more in another spot with Gunnar
Decent rewards were only All for One, KZ/KV, and a Breastplate of Petty Vengeance
I have 90 Azure Dragons, but Tazar has stronger stats there and + Archery
On my turn, my main hero was taken, and a Cloch (Loh) hero was cut off, who was set to capture the opponent's main town
After that, I gathered more Azure Dragons up to 107, moved to the Conflux treasure zone, where there were 4 red Phoenix Utopias, Cape of Speed, and an empty Dragon Utopia.
From the Dungeon, I quite accidentally ran Fionna along the road and in a Snowy Dragon Utopia, I glimpsed the edge of another Dragon Utopia, which I flew Gunnar to, and it was far from useless!
There I found a lifesaving All for One 6, which allowed me to even the stats :smile14:
On my turn, my Luna was cut off from the opponent's far treasure zone :( and my Dungeon was also taken. There were 8 Archangels, 70+ Monks, and a heavily armed Tazar, so I couldn't break through head-on. I captured one of the opponent's villages on lava with Gunnar, took the Library there, and stayed near a Dragon Fly Hive.
It was quite far away and only Tazar could reach it. They decided not to attack with a heavily upgraded Cloch (Wystan), though they could have also applied Armageddon first
In the end, Tazar was left without movement in that same village.
Gunnar recaptured the main town via 3500+ movement points and a jump, and from there Crag Hack took the Bog Capital and upgraded 110 Monks :smile29:
And then I decided to go ahead with building a Castle and stay there with 85 mana

On his turn, Denis took my main town through the Dungeon, and from there he attacked through the Mana Well, once again having the opportunity to cast Armageddon with one of the fast support heroes, which was yet another critical mistake.

In the end, Taz attacked

and after a long deliberation, he cast Shield  , I cast Implosion on the 2400 Archangels, took out part of the single-stacks, my Azure Dragons received retaliation attacks hoping for Poison, but I blocked with other stacks, and Tazar's Visions killed the Birds, while I used Dragons to remove a retaliation and attacked the Azure Dragons + Poison
In the next round, an attempt was made to start summoning, having first move with the Catapult, I broke it and finished off the Monks, and in the 3rd round – the Earth Elementals...

P.S. I think Firebirds would have been better if I had started summoning Earth Elementals right away

2-1 Thank you for the games!

Also thanks to Konstantin for the interesting tournament!
