[Tournaments-HotA] Mirrors-2

This is a bug in HVRulz's campaign; campaign heroes can appear in a tavern or a prison.

We started a new game, and again the opponent, as if nothing had happened, placed such a hero, with a specialty in dragons. As I understand it, these heroes can be used?
