The fact that you are experiencing technical issues is not a reason to attack the organizers.

I followed Dirty's advice and waited for an answer for 2 days without success. When I started writing to the organizers in private messages, it was already too late. The Bulgarian player switched to GR-style, negotiations about finishing the game on the weekend ended with nothing, and he is right in his own way – he has a more advantageous situation, and the decision will clearly be in his favor. But how the replay will end is unknown – there is a time crunch.
And the organizers' position of "sort it out yourselves" is inappropriate in this case. They should have intervened promptly, especially since the game was for a place in the final.
