Player rating for tournaments across all installments of Heroes.

The bonus for VK tournaments is no longer considered in the calculations. The results are available, and you can easily check them. VK tournaments contribute to the overall rating. The difference is that in the overall rating, I am not yet using either the increasing coefficient or the novice strength of 1/3. If this bonus option (with coefficients and 1/3) suits the majority, I will recalculate everything based on it without any problems.
