Effects/Voiceover - ❤❤❤❤ (both versions are good, the English one is a bit hysterical, but it's fine)
Mechanics - ❤❤ (I've seen her in mud builds, she might take off, but she's very unreliable — once she summoned an enemy Scorp and I just sat there laughing, watching him commit suicide)

Loki

Effects/Voiceover - ❤❤❤❤❤ (the voice is better in the Japanese version, but that doesn't matter; the guitar sounds accompanying his actions are the best part of the card)
Mechanics - ❤❤ (alas, only for memes and for the queen of memes, but it's funny)

Twilight Queen
Art - ❤❤❤❤ (good, but she's not a husband)
Effects/Voiceover - ❤❤❤ (both versions are ok, nothing special)
Mechanics - ❤❤❤❤ (I'm testing her in Neftika, even crafted her on purpose, but the effect hasn't fully revealed itself yet, although I did pull two Mordecais once, seriously)

Mars, Silent Flame General
Art - ❤❤❤ (too much clutter, not very expressive, not my taste, basically)
Effects/Voiceover - ❤❤❤ (fine in Japanese, in English it's like some dying swan)
Mechanics - ❤❤❤ (turned out slightly better in-game than I thought, since the control via her shamelessly boosts wards, but I still don't consider her a super card)

Venus
Art - ❤❤❤❤ (it'll do)
Effects/Voiceover - ❤❤❤ (well, average)
Mechanics - ❤❤ (tried her in tempo and control, didn't click at all, maybe it's because the festival needs to be played on a curve)

Draconic Singer
Art - ❤❤❤ (oh, I don't like cards in this art style, but it could be worse)
Effects/Voiceover - ❤❤ (everything is very bad in the English version, conditionally better in Japanese, but meh)
Mechanics - ❤❤ (Wyvern Cavalier 2.0; haven't seen her at all yet)

Ceres of the Night
Art - ❤❤❤❤ (kitty)
Effects/Voiceover - ❤❤❤❤ (oh, and here I like the English more — probably because of the cool accent)
Mechanics - ❤❤❤❤❤ (this gave a great boost to the early game for Neftika and other not-so-aggressive builds, at least some healing besides Khavi, a must-have)

Mechanics - ❤❤❤❤ (a novice trooper with pretensions, worked well in aggressive builds)

Beast Rider

Mechanics - ❤ (tried to run her myself, but firstly I'm bad with the dragon, and secondly it didn't take off "at all")
