Everything was evenly distributed across the map; there were no early rushes or snowballing in Dragon Utopia, with things like +6 all stats, etc. Even +2 all stats wasn't found anywhere, let alone +6. You just had to build up your control.
The downside was that the game became incredibly tense, and no one had a clear advantage.
On turn 146, the first serious clash between players finally happened. And Rebel, after setting up his tactics and looking at the armies, decided to concede.
