Everyone will die someday, but it happens in different ways. It's better when this moment comes in your sleep, or very suddenly, almost instantly, without any preparation (and cleaning your computer of pron), or is it better to be aware that it's about to happen, so you just lie down and wait in your bed/etc?

It depends on the circumstances. For example, if you die surrounded by loving relatives or killing your enemy at the cost of your own life, and you see him die with you, then it's definitely better to be aware. But if you were watching a folder with pron and suddenly death comes, it won't be very pleasant to die alone with the realization that you will be found in that state.
