I thought about the rating again. The minimum completion time (in theory) is still a necessary element for assessing the strength of a Tournament.
Therefore, the map completion limit itself cannot be taken as a criterion because it is unknown. And it cannot be proven. And someone's opinion should not be the basis for making a decision. So, let's start with an evidence-based approach. But this is not solvable... Why build castles in the air? It is not worth focusing on the map's completion limit.
