Grail, is it overpowered?

I'll chime in on the topic.
1) The poll is very subjective, the answer options are not well thought out, limited, and incomplete;
2) If the Grail truly violates some of the fundamental principles of fair and respectful gameplay, then this should be regulated (mainly, of course, this concerns tournament games and ranked games).

My view of this problem lies primarily in limiting the Grail in the Tower and Conflux, because this essentially adds an object that has already been banned by mapmakers and allows heroes to relearn all spells (especially control spells) without the GM having to set it up. The problem with the Grail is its uniqueness and unequal accessibility for both players. Although many will object to, say, the Pandora's Box giving access to all magic, this object is not unique in terms of the possibility of creating it with a generator.
