Grail, is it overpowered?

It needs to be renamed to "Heroes of Tears and Changes," as there's been a lot of complaining and a desire to change things, because too many "cool guys" have appeared who blame the template, the Grail, the Orb, or the Lacquer, but not their own incompetence.
