Arrival is earlier (approximately between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM), so the first round will definitely be played on the 4th. Departure is also usually later, around 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM, but I can't stop people from playing who have traveled hundreds, or even thousands, of kilometers to get here.
