Kostya, I don't see a better system than "lose and you're out." If you have a better idea, let me know. People will either choose to drink or play – I'll be ruthless. You can always give up and go have fun. Maybe I'll slightly reduce the timer.
1. The number of players should not exceed 8.
2. If someone doesn't have a laptop, they can't play.
3. A special laptop setup person is needed to quickly get everyone ready to play.
4. The tournament must start strictly on the 4th, meaning that participants don't play poker (until they're eliminated).
5. Use M200 templates or Jeb with a shortened timer.
6. Discipline and complete concentration (c) Amilu
Then, the first round will be played on the night of November 4th (and the finalists will be determined). On November 5th, the second round will begin in the morning, and the final game will start in the evening/night, ending as needed in the morning.
