Now, here's how we'll proceed: teams have 2 days to compile lists of games they plan to finish. For each such game, they need to provide deadlines for completing it (within a week). If one team submits a request to finish a specific game, but the other team doesn't, the first team will be awarded a technical win in that game. A request is considered a post on the forum describing the situation. Even if this description completely copies the opinion of the opposing side, a post with it must still be made. Posts in private messages, messages in ICQ, and references to old correspondence with the organizer will not be considered. Please provide up-to-date information in a public format. And I'll immediately warn you that I may be biased regarding some games and award a technical loss even if one of the parties wants to finish the game. For example, if a player has played few games or has repeatedly ignored offers to play within the deadline. The assessment of the degree of this behavior is entirely at my discretion (and here, the history of the correspondence may be relevant). We are also looking for errors in the tables. And one more thing: if you played games that were not rated, please go through your list of games and make sure that the unrated games have been canceled; I might have forgotten some.
