Hopefully, this won't negatively impact the balance. With such "resistance to all magic," it won't make much difference to the Orcs who they fight; just level up the necessary abilities, and that's it. But the Orcs' opponents will have to forget about magic and focus solely on attack and defense, plus something else... and that's not very interesting or right (how can Mages exist without Phoenixes, and how can Elves exist without Arcane Wave?).
