It's not difficult to include in the rules what esteemed Боливар, Декстер, or what is written in the tournament rules on the League (and, by the way, not always) suggested. I will do it – no problem. But the most important thing in this situation is something else entirely: the attitude of the players themselves towards the tournament they registered for. If there is no desire to control their games, then no matter what you write in the rules, the situation will not change. Well, I can assign a technical loss to one of the pair in an unfinished game, or even to both, but it will still be the same as it is now with the results of the games in the "Полный рендом-3" tournament table: everyone who didn't finish their games has zeros! And I didn't write about anyone that they received a technical loss because they didn't report the unfinished game: it no longer matters, they still have zeros...
