Gave away the red Necro for 4300 gold, two restarts with a great start that lead into a one-way path. Played for luck. And it seems like two roads appear, but one leads to a block of 20-49 Archmages guarding the shitty messenger's ribbon. Bummer. Second bummer - stone mine was blocked. But at least Ciel arrived, thanks for that. Ciel was a top hero in the first week, Brokhild also ran around on 2 ducks. Taz ran, getting level 3 and pathfinding and log, while Ciel collected resources. There was a Tower village on a micro-treasure zone, which is great overall. Collected a lot of gold and all the mines. Also had a very strategic well; it really helped me out. On 122 I broke through those shitty Archmages, and finally started leveling. Tazar quickly showed that he completely compensates for all the start garbage, but still didn't get Earth Magic. Eventually, Earth came as his last skill and for a long time (up to level 17) it wouldn't expertize. Went along the central path to the orange one, and instead of killing him, went into a super-treasure zone with 2 angels, 8 ducks, and 55 gr lizards, since I saw an angel dwelling there. Ran around, feeding hero meat from the prison. Then the opp jumped me and snatched the castle. Should have gone all-in. Saw a box behind 100+ pits, attacked. Tazar is imba, because without oil on haste he managed to lose only 2 ducks, 30 lizards, and some one-sided taking. There were 5 angels in the box. I now had 8. Life started looking up. But I had to hold out for 2 turns until Town Portal so the opp wouldn't snatch the village. Ran around with heroes baiting, but the opp strangely disappeared. Ok, ran 2 turns with Tazar, picking up boots, some meat (30 monks), and exp. Portaled to the village, snatched a cloak on a block of 3+ magic with Luna, and no longer feared the opp much. Then I snatched my castle back from him, then his main and village, so he wouldn't get too cocky. After that he took Dragon Utopia, me too. Once I got the stats - it was already clear that it's over, just don't mess up. Killed his Nimbus, who wanted to take the main back from darkness; on the next turn the opp jumped in with Tant. Took all the meat, put on bracers and cloak and immediately wiped out his skeletons. Ducks and angels weren't dangerous.
Thanks for the game!
Start was very slow, spent the first week basically doing nothing at the respawn without money. Towards the end, I snatched a jacket for Necromancy and shot up the lich external dwelling with arrows. From the second week, I went to the crossroads. The road in the form of a long gut didn't promise any pace acceleration. Tant quickly expertized Earth and had own sight, but they didn't teach me how to use it. Only thought to use it when I already hit a corner treasure zone. However, 3 hives were waiting there plus the village was convenient for a potential attack on the opponent later + quest art. Hung around there and promptly lost all the same units back by incorrectly distributing duties among heroes.
However, there was a Dimension Door scroll and Air was about to be maxed. With Tant I ran to the computer's respawn, took double mana and stable there, and flew with Town Portal to collect resources for Mage Guild. By the end of the week, I snatched gloves and prepared to take the opponent's main with Dimension Door. The plan worked, but then I got lost. Opponent has 3 villages, one is known to be on snow. Should have snatched his Mage Guild before he flew in, but instead I went with Tant... and did nothing. With 2 Dimension Doors. And on top of that, I fired the hero with gloves.
After a couple of days, the opponent finally brought out an army and flew with Tazar and 2 Dimension Doors to take back his main and then mine. I also went to clear some consoles and Dragon Utopia, but overall understood that I'd already missed the moment. Then I messed up the second hero too. The opponent skillfully gathered all my mistakes and confidently won the late game
Thanks for the game
