Of course, a liquid crystal monitor is better than an electron beam monitor (of the same class)... the same goes for Heroes 5 being better than Heroes 3, but there are exceptions:
For example, I would never get rid of my "ViewSonic PT775,"
because I bought it for 500 dollars... and now, a similar type of TFT monitor costs significantly less, although in many ways it is superior.... so Heroes 3 is one of those exceptions where everything was much better than expected, including the units....
