Regarding the Azure Lair, these are just some thoughts out loud. Perhaps it would be worth checking the Mage Guild upgrade in the castles or buying a hero with diplomacy and recruiting creatures to join him for the attack. It seems a bit tight on resources, but based on estimates, it might be possible to break the Lair around the end of the second week and buy a dragon. And if the Gorgons guarding the Libraries of Enlightenment can join (I didn't check this yesterday), then it might be possible to break it even earlier.

Although, it might make more sense to quickly upgrade to level 7 in the main castle. I'm not sure yet.
