How can we save the "Heroes" theme?

Regarding the selection of moderators:
There was a topic where applications were submitted; it is currently inactive. But let's consider what qualities a moderator/coordinator should possess:
1 - Have above-average knowledge of the moderated subject matter (to distinguish between irrelevant posts and normal ones).
2 - Be respected by forum users (so that there are no questions like: "Who are you to delete my posts?" regarding any issue).
3 - Visit the forum at least two or three times a week (excluding vacations).
4 - Possess enough willpower to force themselves to delete other people's messages (it's very difficult the first time).
5 - And the user must agree to this appointment.
Moderators should be selected based on these principles.
