You really don't know the whole story, and you're writing nonsense, Karl! Kate was offered to remove the mark a long time ago, but she doesn't want to. Apparently, she likes the mark.
And arranging to play fan games while having the mark is not prohibited; the mark only informs that there was a violation of the rules by the player, and that's it. Whether to play a fan game with such a player is up to each individual. I'm ready to play with Kate... and not just in Heroes :rolleyes:
