How do I create a new tournament?

approximate tournament rules:
1. banned heroes are excluded
2. Conflux is excluded.
3. Portal and Flight magic are excluded (no other restrictions)
4. I would exclude the Necromancer artifact set
5. There are 5 maps (not random); opponents choose 1 by eliminating options
6. The player who didn't choose a map chooses castle 1 (castles are chosen by elimination)
7. Groups of 4 people. Tournament bracket. 1st place plays against 2nd place
8. In the group, you can play 2 games with each player... then 1 game.
