Walkthroughs for custom maps.

Since April, I haven't been able to access Yandex, Mail.ru, or VKontakte... - the president blocked them.

But I provided a link to a foreign proxy; it should be able to handle it.
I've re-uploaded the updated collection of the best maps; check the new message in that thread. The link is new; the old one no longer works.

I downloaded it on my tablet via 3G because we have problems with wired internet in Uzbekistan.

Exactly: these are your problems. You might as well download it on a button phone and then complain. :)
