HOMM3 Ratings and Stats

Something strange is happening with my rating; several times a day, it drops to 1961, not taking into account several games, and then everything returns to normal. How is this happening?

I think it's due to bugs in the forum's reporting system. If anyone has noticed, sometimes reports disappear for reasons unknown to me. Apparently, the system recalculates the rating without taking them into account. I don't see any other reasons.
