So, I am contacting the administration. The situation arose in the HL-only tournament, but first, a little background about this tournament. I don't consider myself a player who spends little time online in Heroes or who can only play at a certain time or day. But from the very beginning of the tournament, I couldn't find common ground with Tatiana, the AK Scorpio administrator. The tournament started, and I immediately got a fun group of players, none of whom wanted to play or were silent. In response to all my requests in ICQ, Scorpio either remained silent or gave unclear answers. As a result, they managed to disqualify me from the group stage of the tournament because I supposedly didn't play. The subtext was that if I couldn't agree, I should write about it on the forum. By the way, I was reinstated, and I finished everything calmly (in the last game, one of the players still didn't play with me), I left the group, and as you can see, I'm here.
And now, about our request...
So, the quarterfinals of the tournament are approaching, and I'm playing against the player Georg_. I wrote to him in a private message around July 5-6, as far as I remember, many times in ICQ. Either the messages didn't reach him, or he was busy, as I understood. As a result, after a couple of days, as a person who had learned his lesson, I wrote messages on the "55" page of the forum in the HL-only tournament – you can see them! The first of these messages is dated July 10, and the deadline for the quarterfinals is August 6. As a result, the player Georg_ got in touch, and it turned out he was a decent person, communicating normally, but due to a large amount of work, he was overwhelmed. After futile attempts to agree in the following days, he wrote to me that he was in a terrible situation at work and couldn't continue playing, saying that I should be given a technical loss (I, as a reasonable person). The date was, I don't know, maybe July 14. I said that I was leaving for vacation at the beginning of August, but let's not set a technical loss for now and try to play anyway, maybe we'll have time. At the same time, all these logs (parallel to the ICQ conversation) about him giving up and about me leaving, I sent to Dirty_player (I had a feeling that the situation might escalate). A week passed, and we started playing with Georg, the first game, as far as I remember, was around the 20th. We played for about two weeks (I don't remember exactly, but not very long), saved the game, and then it turned out that there was about a week left until my departure, and we couldn't find a time to play, either I couldn't, or he couldn't (I mostly couldn't because a lot of work piled up before the vacation, and at the time that was convenient for me, it wasn't convenient for him). As a result, we had the following conversation with Georg right before my departure, around August 2-3. Here is a screenshot of it; the logs don't copy well (some kind of scribbles come out):

In this conversation, I asked to consider postponing our game for my two weeks of vacation and for further play. He said he would discuss it with Tatiana. In case they don't allow it, I'm sending the logs of this conversation, in which Georg reconfirms his agreement to a technical loss. Now, on August 21, after returning, I see that I have been given a technical loss in the semifinals. The semifinals with Dave, where the deadline is September 3, and the parallel semifinals are still being played, and only one game has been played in it.
I ask to be reinstated in the HL-only tournament at the semifinals stage and allowed to play with Dave.
Everything described above, where logs are not provided, can be confirmed by me through ICQ to any of the judges (all logs are on my home computer). For additional information, you can contact Dirty_player; he will confirm the existence of all the logs that I mentioned in this message.
