On level 2, I didn't take Tactics with Dessa, and on level 3 I took Fire:eek: in addition to the already existing Haste and Bloodlust :smile20:
And this, perhaps, was the best and most important decision of the game, as I had already scouted 3-4 Griffin Conservatories.
On 116, I took a mini Griffin Conservatory, and on 121, Tyris came galloping in and cut down 2 heroes, including Alamar :mad:
A continuation of the opponent's attack would have been very unpleasant, but fortunately it didn't come, because the army there was just a Citadel with resources bought up.
Only on 125 did I manage to reach a Griffin Conservatory and take it with 30+ Demons without losses :smile20:
Well, after that it got easier, I gathered Castles and built a Lookout Tower. I found Boots of Speed for Dessa, took a Box of Earth in a treasure zone. But I only got Dimension Door on my 5th or 6th try on 141 :confused:
Then we poked at each other a bit more and I decided to attack.
