It's normal when a society ostracizes those who don't fit in. This is what holds normal groups together.
In the case of, for example, a work team, this is true. "Those who don't fit in" are fired or, more often, they leave on their own.
A forum community – possibly. Although not necessarily. It's not for me to judge.
