I usually play as Sylvan. As a rule, I take a Mage and a Warrior. For the first one, besides their native Sylvan, I develop Chaos (mandatory), Warfare, and something else (Death, for example, and Order or Scouting). And for the other, I develop everything else, starting with Tactics and Life. So that the heroes in the army have all the skills :) In reality, of course, it never gets to that :)
