A simple bot spammer, for example, on VK, works like this:
It writes a message under any post, saying that the post is good, the author is great, without even analyzing its content.
A more complex bot spammer briefly analyzes the text and expresses standard phrases based on the main keywords.

Users become curious about who gave them such positive feedback and visit the page, but it's full of advertisements. They also like to lure people in with pictures of girls.

It's better to have fewer messages, but at least they should be relevant. I'm not the only one who has noticed this ;)
